One of three sites for new affordable housing for the City of Aspen, Park Circle is situated near multi-family residences in the East End of town. The development has 12 single-bedroom units and tenant parking. Modernist architecture in Aspen became a physical manifestation of the Aspen Idea of mind|body|spirit. The mixed neighborhood contexts across the 3 affordable housing sites lends itself to the modular massing and flat roofs characteristic of Modernist design.
